Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee

We are a small independent business and we take pride in our mission of helping yogis elevate their minds and bodies through the yoga practice. Therefore, we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied and comfortable with their purchasing decisions.

If for some reason you're considering a return or a refund, we would love to hear from you at customerservice@moara.co.uk. We'll make everything we can to put things right. That said, we also want to keep things quick and easy:

  • You can cancel an order at any time before shipment at no cost
  • We will replace any damaged items free of charge and as fast as possible
  • You can return a product within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked

Returns

Our general return policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in resealable condition. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible an no later than 3 days after receipt. 

If you want to start the return process, please write to customerservice@moara.co.uk with your order number. We'll issue an authorization and provide you with shipping details as quick as we can.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know by email that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and give you a full explanation. 

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
